After this war is over I would like to reassess our internal tech dealing policy. We have been blessed to have new and young nations to join us who could benefit from the older nations finances and tech deals, and frankly, we need the tech. I have 3 tech deals in limbo now due to this war. I have given these nations a small extension on their return but it frustrates me when I look up these guys and they are part of some small alliance working in the effort against our beliefs.

This would be a good time to reorganize internal tech deals.

just send some money to the smaller nations in our allaince that you havent deal with yet. If we do this the alliance strength will fgrow a lot faster.

I just check out your nation and why are you in peace mode, you cant conduct tech deals if you are in peace mode. So if you want to do tech deals switch out of peace mode right away. And also you lose money when you are in peace mode because your citizen happiness goes down.
