So this is the way im deciding to do tech deals ( or anyone can do it)::

Nations under 1999 infras = 3mil for 50 tech

Nations over 2000 infras = 3mil for 100tech


Smaller nations get the 50tech deal so they can grow faster.

New rule added for me.

If they aid I send you for tech deal/aid isn't accepted within 3 days i will cancel it and send it to someone else.

Good initiative. This way the larger nations can get tech internally, and it helps the smaller nations to grow. I'm in for this as well (in fact, I have free aid slots now).

Cool policy. I may apply the same thing next month.

Right now I can't find internal buyers, no one wants to sell except two people.

Don't know how i feel about the three day plan though. When you send aid, you can wait until the 10 day to accept it (maybe just ninth) and it will still count as being completed on the original send date.
