How did you find us?: My friend Delphinian from our former alliance of Global Defense Group recommended that I applay to Pandemic.
Side Note: I just want to be with a good, stable, strong alliance that will protect me, and offer me aid whenever I might need it. And I was wondering, do we request aid for joining Pandemic, because aid money would really help me out. Thank You!

I can offer you some 3 million/50 tech deals. That's basically the in-alliance standard way of providing aid. Unless you really need it
