Side Note: I know I'm currently at war but I did not declare war nor have I declared war on anybody. Apparently this is the second time I have been attacked by this person Chronus ruler of Human Collective. My friend tells me that he is apart of a tech raiding alliance and I hope by joining that the raiding will stop.

I think you should change your AA to Pandemic and I will tell him to stop attacking you.

I'm afraid that's not how we do things, Forgotten.
We usually maintain a 48 hour processing time for all applications, regardless of the circumstances.
In cases like this where war is an issue, we will have do to some checking up before we accept the application.

BigBob73, I hope you understand our position. Accepting nations currently at war is risky business for an alliance of our size.
But hopefully this matter can be resolved quickly and we can welcome you to Pandemic!
