So this is the way im deciding to do tech deals ( or anyone can do it)::

Nations under 1999 infras = 3mil for 50 tech

Nations over 2000 infras = 3mil for 100tech

Smaller nations get the 50tech deal so they can grow faster.

I want to buy some tech, but I want to do it efficiently. So I thought that if I bought some tec now, send it to some of you guys temporarily, and than after 10 days you send me the tech back.

Who wants to keep 50 tech for me for 10 days? If you want, I can pay you 100.000 "storage fee" (I'll send you 50 tech + 100.000, and you send me my 50 tech back after 10 days).
